What a crazy day!

What a crazy day. I got to ride in a cessna back and forth today...to bad I hate flying. Then the title company didn't send the paperwork for the Cincy house until 4:55pm and then I had to call upon friends to find a notary. Found one and got the paperwork to FedEx before they closed! Then I had to pick up the kids at Grandma and Grandpas and wouldn't you know it was bath night! ugh. I am exhausted!

Moving to Evansville Update

So, we are on the second day of loading the "truck." I am looking at the window at the Atlas Van Lines trailer and the truck is pulling up right now. We will be here loading up all day today as well. So, we will probably be unloading for 2 days as well. They may have to "shuttle" our stuff because our new house is on a busy road. This means they will park the big semi at the local Evansville office and load our stuff on smaller trucks and shuttle it over. What a big pain the the booty. I didn't even know about the shuttle thing until yesterday. I hope this doesn't mean more broken stuff!!!

Moving to Evansville - new house pics

Yes, it is true. We are moving back to Evansville! We are so excited. Here is our new home.

Our house is officially for sale!

Our house is officially listed. We will see if it sells. We don' t have a definte plan on where we will go if it sells, but I don't know how fast it will sell in this economy. Heck of a house for the price. We love this old house...but it is time for a change.

Prego Pictures

So I realized I don't have many prego pictures and made Matt take these of me. I am tired not angry.

Water Line Update

They marking up are yard right now for all the utilities and will be out tomorrow morning at 8am to fix our water leak! Yeah....I will be so relieved!

Water Line Break

Well, what an exiciting few days we have had! The main line coming into the house is leaking a massive amount of water through the foundation, on the basement floor and into the drain. We found out the leak is right up next to the house. After much confusion about what method to use to get this fixed we are going to try to "pull the line" into the house instead of excavating the entire yard. This will hopefully save our big tree in our front yard and avoid having to dig up the entire front yard.

Matt started digging up a bunch of the landscaping trying to save my perinnels. While he was doing that he found the leak...there is a huge sink hole right up next to the house. Thank goodness he wasn't standing there when it gave in!

We have been dealing with this since Friday and know exacting when it will be fixed, but it should be by the end of the week. Until then we have a "key" to shut the water on and off at the street, but we are really trying not to even use it at all. I am terrified that the line is going to totally bust and then what would happen to our foundation!

We are hoping for the best and very sad about how much this all going to cost!
